When shoud I start looking for a dress?

It takes 4-6 months for a dress to come in. Therefore, we recommend coming in 6-8 months before your wedding day to leave room for alterations to take place.

What times are available for appointments?

You can book an appointment anytime between the hours of 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekends.
 

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

It’s a good idea to bring the shoes you are planning on wearing (if you have them), as well as wearing any undergarments you plan on wearing. We recommend nude undergarments or shape-wear, and nipple petals.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?

We recommend no more that 2 or 3, however we can accommodate up to 6 guests.

My wedding is less than three months away. Can I still order a dress?

Yes! Our designers allow us to place rush orders but it does have an additional fee. Some designers require us to get special permission for shorter timelines.
 

which designers do you carry in store?

We carry samples from Berta Privée, Liz Martinez, Alexandra Grecco, Chosen by One Day, Suzanne Neville, and Tatyana Merenyuk.
 

Do i need to make an appointment?

Yes, because we can only host one bride at a time we run on an appointment only basis.
 

Where are you located?

We are located in Kanata, address 65 Denzil Doyle Court, Unit 219.
 

How long does it take to order a dress?

It takes 4 to 6 months for a dress to be made. We recommend purchasing your dress 6 to 8 months in advance of your wedding date to allow time for alterations.

What sizes do you carry?

Sample sizes in our store range from size 6-12. Order sizes can go up more.

I like a particular dress but you don’t carry the sample, is there anyway I can still try it?

We can always ‘borrow’ a sample gown from the designer but there are shipping and loaner fees applied.

How can I pay for my dress?

We accept payment by credit card, cash, or e-transfer. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit when the dress is ordered. The remaining 50% is paid when the dress arrives.

Can I get alterations done in store?

No, we do not have an in-house seamstress, we can recommend a seamstress if it is required.

I live in another city but I love one your designers. I don’t have time to travel to the store.
