As well, be sure to wear: a nude or sticky bra, seamless underwear, slippers or socks (no outdoor shoes), and a mask!
We recommend ordering your dress a minimum of 6 to 8 months in advance, since all of our dresses are made to order. This gives you enough time for shipping and alterations prior to your wedding date.
No worries, it happens! You still have options. If you find a dress you love at our shop that fits you for the most part, you can buy the dress off-the-rack and take it home with you right away and get it altered to your exact measurements. Otherwise, all of our designers offer to put a rush on your dress order for an additional fee (please contact us for more information).
Absolutely! We can order any dresses from any collection of the designers we carry in our shop. Please see payment and sales section for sale information on your order.
Almost all of our dresses are customizable. Don't love the deep V neck? It can be closed. Wish the dress was less poofy? A layer can be removed. Ask your bridal stylist or seamstress for all customization options!
We do not have an in-house seamstress but we have a list of several excellent, reliable businesses in the area that we can recommend for you.
Absolutely! Our dress designers are popular not only all across Canada, but across the world as well. We carry certain designers that you can't find anywhere else in Canada, so we offer long distance purchasing options as well. If you are interested in a dress but are not located close to Ottawa, you can either add the dress to your cart and check out, or can contact us to set up a virtual appointment to learn more about the dress. Additional shipping rates will apply.


Due to the current on-going pandemic, we allow a maximum of 3 guests plus the bride per appointment.
Our team is working hard behind the scenes to keep you safe and comply with public health recommendations - all while ensuring you can still get your dream dress on time! We are: steam cleaning all dresses before and after appointments, sanitizing the shop before and after appointments, requiring face coverings to be worn by everyone, requiring hand sanitization, and prohibiting food and drink during appointments.



Getting you the right fit is important to us! We are happy to exchange unworn shoes within 30 days of purchase with a $35 shipping fee. All shoes must be in the original purchased condition. All sales are final.


Off-the-rack wedding dress purchases are final sale and must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.  


Since dress purchases are made-to-order, these purchases are non-refundable.
Size is determined by the designer’s specific size chart. Dresses are not custom to specific measurements (unless requested). Size is determined by the largest measurement.

We understand that purchasing your dream dress can sometimes become a financial burden. This is why we offer you several payment methods, such as: credit card, debit card, cash, and E-transfer. We also offer you several payment options, including a Split Payment Instalment Option (see below).
We have partnered with a 3rd party in order to offer you the option of split payments - allowing you to purchase a dress without paying the entire amount all at once. How it works: your credit card will be authorized for the cost of the entire dress, and our 3rd party incorporation will allow you to proceed with payments for the dress in up to 4 instalments. So if you're looking to purchase a $4,000 dress? No worries, you only need to pay $1,000 at each instalment! Wedding dresses as a financial burden are a thing of the past.
